Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellowship
The Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellowship Program is a prestigious way to show commitment to the humanitarian work of Lions Vision Services, and to the legacy of one of our principal leaders, philanthropists, and advocates, the late Dr. Franklin G. Mason.
Presented to those who make an unrestricted gift of $1,000 to LVS or to people for whom a donation was made by others, Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellows (FMF) join a community of more than 600 FMF recipients and over 70 PFMF recipients worldwide.
About the Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellowship
Contributions for the FMF can be made by individuals, clubs, districts, corporations, or other groups. Donations may be in one sum or in installments.
FMF applications using donations from multiple donors must be accompanied by written consent from all donors to use their donations for FMF recognition for the individual specified on the application.
FMF contributions from clubs, districts, corporations, or other groups must be named and recognized within 12 months of when the gift was received by LVS.
FMFs receive a lapel pin and commemorative plaque from LVS.
Progressive Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellowships
The Progressive Dr. Franklin G. Mason Fellowship program (PFMF) is an opportunity for donors to extend their commitment to LVS. For each subsequent unrestricted gift of $1,000 PFMFs receive a new chevron. After contributing $10,000, donors become members of the Knights of the Blind Society.
About Dr. Franklin G. Mason
