Programs and Services

All LVS clients must demonstrate total household income of approximately 200% of current Federal Poverty Guidelines and show proof of South Carolina residency for at least one year.

Clients currently enrolled in SNAP, TANF, Subsidized Housing, or Medicaid are pre-qualified for assistance and can submit proof of current enrollment in one of those programs to expedite the application process.
