Director of Development Strategy & Operations

As Director of Development Strategy & Operations, Mary provides strategic leadership and execution for key components of Lions Vision Services’ fundraising program. Mary’s work centers on institutional giving, digital fundraising, donor communications, giving programs, and development operations while helping guide the organization’s broader fundraising strategy.

Mary has worked at LVS since 2023 and lives in Indiana along with her husband, three kids, and pets.

Mary is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and has spent over 10 years in non-profit work including with a grassroots organization in South Korea, as a member of Disaster Services with the American Red Cross, and with a residential organization serving abused and traumatized youth throughout the state of Kentucky.

In her spare time, Mary loves to travel, read, work on her self-proclaimed mini-farm, and ride dirt-bikes.
